All commissioned pieces are completed in the order in which they are recieved. In the event that you would need a rush order, an additional charge will be applied.
Prices are as listed unless you would need intricate detailing or family portraits containing excessive people.
Please allow time for your project to be completed to perfection and shipped.
If we have agreeed on a deadline, I guarantee that your piece will arrive by discussed deadline.
If you would like a custom canvas size that is not offered, please do not hesitate to ask.
Please direct commission inquiries via email: [email protected]. Upon request of commission, 50-100% is required to get started and the remainder due before painting is shipped.
All pieces are finished with a final varnish to ensure your piece will last several lifetimes. Canvases are shipped via UPS and insured. Shipments generally take 3-20 business days. In the event of a delivery issue or mishap, refunds and exchanges are solely at the discretion of The Black Onion.
